Senior Manager - Investment - Real Estate - IIM/FMS/MDI/ISB (2-5 yrs)
One of our client an international real estate company is looking for a person to work in CEO's office in Investments team. Will be working on financial strategy (M&A, investments etc), corporate Finance & PMO (project management office).
This person will work with top management in evaluating projects/properties primarily for investment/divestment purpose. Will evaluate projects, do financial analysis, financial modeling, present analysis to management, execute the transaction, coordinate with owners, developers etc. for execution etc.
Required candidate profile :
- Must be an MBA form TOP 10 B schools in country or internationally
- Must have excellent financial modeling skills
- Must have excellent MIS/reporting skills or exp.
- Must be mature enough to work with senior management
- Must be willing to work in a strategy/corporate finance role in a corporate
- Prefer people from IB/PE or from corporate with M&A or investments background
- Must have worked in Real estate or Infra or energy sector or evaluated deals for this sector
