Senior Manager - Investment Banking (5-10 yrs)

Delhi NCR/Mumbai Job Code: 656506

We have a certain job opportunity with the leading Investment boutique firm based out of Delhi and Mumbai.

Post Qualification:


- 5+ years of front-end IB work experience - M&A and Private Equity Advisory

- Solid financial analysis, strong excel skills, in-depth understanding of valuation techniques & transaction lifecycle experience

- Strong Research skills with an eye to understanding trends, the conduct of primary and secondary research on the allocated sector, Ability to multi-task

- Preparation of Information Memorandum, Teasers/ Pitchbooks and Financial Model.

- Private Capital market coverage in Consumer/TMT/Industrials space (preferred but not required)

Must Haves :

- Excellent communication and people skills - articulate and willing to share an opinion;

- The collaborative style of teamwork, experience managing, and mentoring analysts & fellow associates;

- Prior experience in Investment Banking / VC / Private Equity

- Strong interest in entrepreneurship - position requires establishing credibility & building rapport with seasoned promoters, founders and owners of small growing businesses;

- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and a commitment to making the firm successful; and

- High degree of self-motivation, grit, determination, and persistence needed;

- Master's Degree Required - MBA/CFA/CA with strong academic credentials
