Manager - Tax Reports to : General Manager Job brief : - We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to manage the multiple operations of the tax practice area and to provide with innovative tax planning and reviewing of complex international transactions from tax perspective. Duties and responsibilities : - To review the international tax transactions from Double taxation Avoidance agreements and FEMA regulations, Permanent establishment exposure - To draft/ review the agreements which is in alignment of DTAA, PE etc - Provide innovative tax planning methods - Handling Transfer pricing matters - Coordinating with the various stakeholders / group companies to understand the transactions - Review of tax provisions of overseas group companies - Handling of the international Litigations and providing reports to the management. Requirements : - Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant - Work experience of atleast 5 years with specialization in International taxation - Excellent knowledge of tax accounting and international taxation regulation along with the knowledge of Country by country reporting, FEMA regulations, BEPS and Permanent establishment - Strong leadership and personnel management skills - Analytical skill with detail orientation
