Our client looking for a Senior Manager - International Markets to lead the property listing and management for our Web 3.0 platform in Dubai (Commercial Real Estate Investment Platform (The platform allows investors to buy and sell shares in the property the same way they do the stock market. Properties are split into shares and offered for sale on the platform. Legal ownership is standardized, and properties are managed by the company)

The candidate should have relevant experience and exposure to the international real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and listing income-generating properties from India & other international markets on our blockchain-enabled Web3.0 platform in Dubai.

Responsibilities :

- Source and identify viable, real estate properties in India & elsewhere that are suitable for listing on the Web 3.0 platform in Dubai.

- Onboard the property for listing and pitch the benefits of listing a property on blockchain to the real estate owner.

- Identify good properties that can yield good returns for the investors of the property.

- Work out a commercial proposal for the investors and property owners.

- Define rental agreements or long-term leases for potential tenants.

- Build and maintain relationships with large brands and real estate developers to get good returns for investors.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the international real estate market.

- Collaborate with the international sales and marketing team to promote and sell the listed properties.

- Prepare reports and presentations for investors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5+ years of international property listing and management experience

- Excellent knowledge of the international real estate market.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work out commercial proposals for investors and property owners.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with large brands and real estate developers.

- Ability to identify and onboard the right properties for listing.

- Knowledge of the Web 3.0 platform and blockchain technology.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
