Senior Manager (International Ecommerce)

THE COMPANY :

- An emerging D2C lab-grown diamond jewelry brand based in Mumbai, India

- Selling into US market through Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and own website

THE JOB :

- Managing and scaling ecommerce sales from the company webstore

- Business planning, online traffic generation, conversion, and fulfillment

- Managing product photography, cataloguing, listing, pricing, promotions

- Product title, description, and content optimization

- Web analytics, competitor, and customer insight generation

- Coordinating with photographer, digital marketing, website, and other agencies

THE CANDIDATE :

- MBA in Marketing with min 3-5 years experience out of which 2+ yrs in International ecommerce

- Experience of working in a high-growth ecommerce start-up

- Online sales, online marketing, ecommerce operations, webstore management

- Positive attitude, Innovative thinker, Team management, & leadership skills

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- WordPress and WooCommerce skills favored

- Strong communication skills, fluent English speaking and writing

- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate data-driven insights
