About our client :
Leading player in the insurance space
Role :
Reporting into the head of C&B,you will be responsible for :
- As part of Group Rewards team, work on projects spanning across one or more geographies including Asia, ANZ, EMEA, Latin America, Canada and US.
- Designing overall Compensation philosophy for one or multiple business lines
- Design Variable Pay Programs for sales and non sales business lines within the Group
- Use HR analytics to create compensation monitoring and reporting process across business lines
- Implement Job Evaluation and Employee Grading matrix across multiple business lines and geographies
- Manage complete compensation bench marking cycle across geographies for interlocking with vendor for data submission to analyzing results and designing salary ranges for all job families
- To support Group rewards lead in designing and administration of executive compensation programs including variable pay plan and equity plans
- To support Group rewards lead in submission for Remuneration Committees at group PLC level as well as for operating companies across the globe
- To help in information management - Gather periodic data from stakeholders in different geographies collate & analyse data and make presentations to senior leadership teams.
As a successful candidate,you should have :
- 8-12 years of experience in C&B with experience in managing international compensation (absolute must have)
- Financial services background (preferred Insurance / General Insurance) or consulting background
- Stake holder interaction and working for a Global MNC (mandatory)
- Experience of using MS Office Access / Excel
- Tier 1 MBA
