- Communications professional, accountable for strategic communication, Internal communication, Employee Engagement and content development for the internal and external communication functions for the organization, APAC region

- Will lead strategic communication efforts for business units to showcase/ augment service offerings and opportunities. Will be responsible for business content writing for leadership / business units to reflect the business, brand and culture of the organization, through presentations, case studies, white papers, social media postings.

- Will need to analyze internal businesses and develop success stories for external brand building

- Craft brand messages to amplify reach in various communication channels and ensure consistent messaging across the platform

- Audit / Edit / Develop content for tools like the website / social media / internal newsletter on a regular basis

- Understand market trends, identify opportunities and establish connections with relevant stakeholders internally and externally, to generate content ideas

- Identify potential content pitching/ publishing opportunities

- Work closely with the team members to facilitate delivery of content to both internal and external audiences

- Support the organization in establish/ amplify brand presence for internal and external audience through campaigns and projects

Essential Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline with excellent command over English language and exemplary writing skills

Technical Qualifications:

- Qualification in Mass communication / MBA/ Journalism. Post-graduates preferred

- Experience: 9-12 years of work experience
