We are looking for Senior Manager Internal Audit profile for a leading Real Estate company in India. Someone specifically worked on Real estate or infrastructure company audit.

Qualification - CA or B tech

Job Profile -

1. Assist in developing the annual risk-based internal audit plan at all the Cities.

2. Manage the activities and deliverables of the co-sourced internal audit service provider.

3. Work with the team in providing assurance services via financial, operational, procurement, compliance audits, as well as advisory services such as process improvement reviews and strategic initiatives.

4. For audit projects assigned - 

- Ensure the development of a risk-based audit scope and appropriate audit procedures to be performed;

- Review all the POs/WOs of all the CAPEX and OPEX items.

- Check and Establish on the genuineness/Authenticity of the quotation from the Vendors.

- If need, is required to the Vendor premises and check on the existence of the Company.

- Technical Audit related to checking of Service report pertaining to Preventive Maintenance Services for all MEP, Fire Protection Systems and OEM services.

- Check on the payment made for all the manpower deployed for Housekeeping, Security Guard, Landscape, MEP and any other Manpower related Contract is in compliance with the Contract Requirement.

- Liaise with internal user department staff to clarify on any of the documents related to the respective department.

- To prepare Audit report and submit to the Management on a regular basis.

- Perform audit testing to assess operating effectiveness of controls in-place, and conclude as required;

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of management responses and action plans to the audit reports; and

- If required, need to conduct interview with staff to confirm on the Audit findings.

- Perform audit issues follow-up and share key audit findings with the Company's Management Committee.

5. As appropriate, perform investigations of allegations of non-compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.

6. Innovate as relates to the function's service delivery methodology.

7. Perform ad-hoc Audits in addition to the Planned Audit as required by the function head.
