Senior Manager Internal Audit Pune / Aurangabad Qualifications : Chartered Accountant/ ICWA with Manufacturing Industry only - Others please do not apply Job Responsibilities: - System &amp; Process audit, Review of SOP of all business verticals. - Internal Audit as regards procurement to payments. - Internal Audit as regards to inventory management. - Internal Audit as regards to Capex. - Participating in the development of various SOP with respects to various business functions. - Internal Audit as regards to order to cash. - Review of compliances. - Statutory compliances. - Monthly reconciliation of Excise with respect to input/out put credit. - Monthly reconciliation of Service Tax Input/output. - Periodically VAT Reconciliation. - Review of - C- Form collection. - Understanding IFC Controls to be tested &amp; testing the same to analyze the effectiveness. - Comply with accounting, company law, taxation, and foreign exchange regulations and ensure all returns are filed on time. Soft Skills : - Need candidate to be sharp in communication with good Report writing skills. - Able to call spade a spade. - Good ability to grasp processes and check compliances. - Be objective in approach and judgment. - The designation would depend on years of experience and achievements. - Internal Audit experience in a manufacturing environment is a must. - General Finance &amp; Accounting profiles will not be considered.
