Job Description :

- Should have knowledge of Audit & compliances.

- Handling entire HO department audits and conducting in case of need.

- Walkthroughs of each process with the aim to streamline each process.

- Support the senior management team by reviewing and preparing a summary of all MIS / exception reports (incl. Non audit) and highlight key issues

- Deriving the controls for each department and thereafter their checkpoints.

- Preparation of various checkpoints/checklist for different audits

- Preparation of audit policy and audit plan

- Good knowledge of RBI norms and banking best practices

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Preferably has used an e-audit software before

- Highly organized and structured in his/her way of working and ability to simplify complex issues

- Ability to identify trends and review exception reports to be able to highlight high risk areas/processes/business function

- Preferably has used an e-audit software before
