Senior Manager - Inside Sales Strategy & Design - FinTech

Define the role :

- Review daily/weekly performance to improve funnel shape and deliver monthly targets

- Identify areas of improvement for growth and Improve sales effectiveness by using data backed insights

- Problem solve to improve funnel efficiencies by doing deep RCA

- Constantly engage with cross-functional teams to maintain BAU delivery and unlock non-linear growth

- Script and PItch design to enhance conversion

- Productize manual process to improve CC exe efficiency

Persona :

- 4-6 years of experience across top corporates, Startups with velocity/entrepreneurship, Call Center

- Design Experience Preferred

- Strong track record of Problem Solving and cross-functional management

Designation - Manager/SM

Companies: consultancy with CC projects, Call Center design experience, Product-tech companies (Flipkart, Amazon, Ola, etc.)

Skills :

- Strong analytics, problem-solving capacity, new initiatives implementation

- High level of ownership

- Deep RCA and process corrections

- Ability to engage and influence people cross-functionally

- High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity; ready to get hands dirty
