Position: Senior Manager, Inside Sales

Ei is looking for a high-performing Senior Manager for Inside Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team, crafting and executing sales plans and justifying those plans to the senior management. As a Sr. manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing and training the sales personnel in the company's inside sales team. The candidare will also be responsible for lead generation and building a strong pipeline of prospects for all our offerings. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

We're looking for a passionate sales professional with demonstrated capability in team management and PL delivery, and who has good understanding of all stages of the sales cycle. If you are a self-starter, get a kick by chasing aggressive targets, fuel growth by coaching and grooming your team - this is the job for you.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- You will oversee the workflow of all inside sales processes including managing daily activities of your team, preparing reports, and directing the inside sales department. You will also be responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity and other sales support functions.

- Lead a team of sales professionals and managers to achieve a given revenue target. Act as a mentor and coach to the sales executives, improve and implement training modules to develop the skills of the team. Lead the onboarding & training of new Sales Representative

- Understand the mindset of our customers - teachers, school heads, students and parents - and build sales strategies which effectively address their needs

- Manage the inside sales operation of all EI's offerings along with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management

- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our sales and support processes.

- Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators. Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms)

- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 8-9 years of overall prior sales experience, leadership experience (ideal candidate will have the following experience EdTech + Inside sales + B2B/B2C)

- Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Knowledge or any background in Education will be a great advantage.

- Go-getter, or a self-motivated person; self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision

- Ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients.

- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with databases and sales software

- Attitude: self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision
