Senior Manager - Information Technology - Telecom Infra (10-18 yrs)
Job description :
- Support triaging of issues, identification of solutions and delivery assurance across teams
- Participating in global governance processes such as EA approvals, deployments and L3/L4 support required from Siterra, integration and BI teams
- Leading transitioning and rollout activities for further releases
- Gather business requirements from business users and translate into technical requirements for design, development and roll out of application enhancements, new releases, etc.
- Carry out pilots and tests of applications developed to ensure quality conformance and to minimize disruption to business activities.
- Carry out the solutioning of all change requests that are raised by the business regarding existing applications, as per predefined SLA's.
- Requirement Gathering, Development, Design (functional and technical), Testing, Deployment, Production Support, Maintenance/Enhancements as well L3 Production Support.
- Backend development based on SOA (service oriented architecture) using WCF, Web Api and Nestjs.
- Web application development using C#, ASP.Net, Angular 2/4, SQL Server, MVC, NodeJs, Typescripts, MongoDB and JavaScript.
- Agile development process is used with three weeks iterations and managed in Version One.
- Onshore interaction, requirement understanding and converting the same into application implementation and deployment.
