Our customer is a MNC in the Consumer Products Space in India. They are looking for a Young person to Head their Information Technology Setup. The role will report into the India COO & have a reporting line into Group IT. MBA in Systems or B.E/BTech from a reputed institute with min 8-9 years of experience but not exceeding 12-13 years. a) Min 8-9 years of experience in a Consumer Facing or Manufacturing enterprise b) Implementation experience of technology initiatives (e.g. ERP, HRIS, Workflow) c) Experience in both technology design and implementation aspects covering Web Applications & Mobility Solutions d) Understanding of the latest technologies around iOT, Machine Learning & Data Warehousing e) Experience in Decision Making as regards Outsourcing of Application development & Vendor Management f) Understanding of IT Infrastructure including Cloud Infra g) Sound Understanding of Information Security & evaluation of I Sec Solutions h) Experience in using tools for developing Management reports & Dashboards (Qlikview, Spotfire, Visual SAS etc) i) Program management skills for driving technology changes j) Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities k) Strong problem solving and communication skills l) Core experience in requirement gathering, testing, roll-outs and change management m) Experienced in integrating with either Oracle/SAP n) Training of Business Stakeholders during roll-out and ongoing support o) Dual Reporting (Corporate IT / Business) would be an added advantage - Sound Knowledge of Operations and Technology pertaining to above segments - Competencies required in Role Communication & Impact : - MBA in Systems or B.E/B tech from a reputed Institute - Excellent Communication Skills - Conveys a positive image of self, team and organization when interacting with others - Hold the values of the company in high regard, and ensure that all accept the same, and no activity is conducted against any of the values - Presents information with respect to the deliverables outlined as the key tasks for the role clearly and succinctly - Writes accurately, clearly and concisely - Structures his or her communications - Shows enthusiasm Teamwork : Keeps relevant people informed of activities and developments
