Designation: Senior Manager - Information Security and Business Continuity

Location: Mumbai

Role Objective:

- Conducting Business Impact analysis for various business units,

- Designing and conducting Infosec and Business Continuity training for all processes across locations on information security and business continuity;

- Leading the risk assessments exercise across functions;

- Updating and creating policies, procedures and guidelines based on new technologies, processes and employee requirements without compromising on the security of the organization

- Review and investigate compliance with established policies, standards and procedures, assess requests for Exception and/or Exemption to policy and recommend appropriate disposition.

- Assisting in emergency response activities (such as coordination and communication to various stakeholders) to enable efficient management of incidences.

Other important points:

1) Certifications(Preferable)- CISA, CISSP, ISO 273001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS

2) Candidate should hold exposure to Infosec Strong Techinical Exposure- Vulnerable Assessment (Tools: Nmap, Nessus, Netscanner etc)/ISO: 273001- audit/BCP Exposure

3) Work experience in PCI Compliance(PCI DSS)
