Sr Manager- Information Security

Identity & Access Management Own and manage development, implementation of IAM program, related initiatives and capabilities Own, manage and drive Workflow development, Java development like Event Handler /scheduler /Adaptor, UI Customization, ADF development, Connector like OOTB, Custom, etc

Relevant experience: 4-6 Years

Overall experience in IT/InfoSec: 6-8 Years

Must Have skills:

A, Experience on Oracle IDAM Platform

B, Validated experience of onboarding applications on Oracle IDAM platforms D- KPI/Metric, Regulatory Requirements

C, Expertise in common IAM protocols and standards such as OAUTH, SAML, JWT

Identity & Access Management:

A, Own and manage development, implementation of IAM program, related initiatives and capabilities

B, Assist with remediation of mis-configuration or issues identified by information security team on IAM & PAM platforms

C. Own, manage and drive Workflow development, Java development like Event Handler /scheduler /Adaptor, UI Customization, ADF development, Connector like OOTB, Custom, etc

D. Lead requirements gathering, design documentation

E. Support analysis of IAM configuration and policies to identify security and operational gap

F. Support detailed reporting and root cause analysis with various internal technology teams. Build relations and serve as a liaison between system/application owners and the IAM internal technology team for governance and security specific initiative

G. Assist SSO implementation for Cloud based and On-Premise applications

Skill Set Required:

A. Experience on Oracle IDAM Platform

B. Validated experience of onboarding applications on Oracle IDAM platforms

C. Experience setting up workflows using OIM

D. Expertise in Java administration and WebLogic

E. Expertise in common IAM protocols and standards such as OAUTH, SAML, JWT.  Experience w/EAMS Integration (Akamai). Experience w/D.S. Logon Integration. Experience working within a DoD Data Center such as DISA.

F. Good verbal and written communication skills

Required Qualification:

A. Bachelor's Degree in a related area such as Computer Science or Information Technology.

B. Product specific certifications such as Oracle IDAM, IAM, OIM, OAM certifications, Microsoft and SailPoint, other industry leading IAM certifications

C. Industry-standard security certifications is preferred

D. Understanding of new aged and cloud IDAM platform is preferred

Experience:

A. At least 6 - 8 years in IT/Information Security

B. At least 4-6 Years in Identity & Access Management (Oracle Platform)

C. Working experience in BFSI, IT Services, Telecom industry is preferred
