Senior Manager - Industrial Relations/Statutory Compliance - Automotive (8-12 yrs)
A Major Indian MNC in Automotive Industry is looking for a Statutory compliance Sr. HR Manager (only from a manufacturing background) for their manufacturing unit at Punjab. The resource should be adept at handling labour unions and IR. He would be handling a strength of 2000+ for the unit.
Designation : Senior Manager (Statutory Compliance)
- Responsible for overall Factory Statutory Compliance and audits, also to liaise with Statutory and local administration from time to time
- Responsible for overall Manpower control at the site
- Taking care of Annual Bonus Payout, Wage revisions and Leave Encashment
- Overall control of Contract labour engagement
- Preparation of Work agreements
- Liasoning with the Government officials for necessary approvals and licences
- Verification of all documents relating to contractors and their timely renewal of licenses from Labour Dept
- Filing all the returns as required under Factories Act, Apprenticeship act, Employee exchange act, Bonus act, Welfare Fund Rules, Biomedical waste handling and disposal Rules, Workmens compensation Act, Sexual Harassment act, National Festival Holidays Act, Gratuity Act, Contract Labor Act, EPF and MP Act as per the statutory requirements
Experience required : 8 - 12 yrs max
Qualification : MBA / MSW (Must)
Location : Punjab (Punjabi speaking preferred)
