Skills Required
1) In depth knowledge of Labor laws, court proceedings and various acts
2) Hands on experience in handling complex labor issues
3) Must have handled, dealt with strike, labor unrest
4) Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings
5) Must have done Long term wage settlement
6) Hands on experience with Statutory compliance
7) Experience in handling Legal cases.
8) Must be aware of ER and IR activities
Would prefer candidates from Manufacturing and should have handled employee strength of 3000.
