Senior Job mandate with a leading Faucets and Sanitary ware manufacturing GIANT
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Should have strong experience in handling Unions.
2. Should be strong in Union Management and Union Negotiation.
4. Should have done minimum 2 LTS (Long Term Settlements)
3. Should have a minimum of 70% (or more) Industrial Relation Experience in his entire career.
4. Should be capable to handle multi-union plants.
5. Currently should be at Manager (or higher designation)
6. Post graduation and graduation should be full-time.
7. Should have strong experience in handling statutory and legal compliances.
8. Age Limit- Not more than 45 years
