Senior Manager - Industrial Relations/Employee Relations - Manufacturing (7-15 yrs)
- In depth knowledge of Labor laws, court proceedings and various acts
- Hands on experience in handling complex labor issues
- Must have handled, dealt with strike, labor unrest
- Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings
- Must have done Long term wage settlement
- Hands on experience with Statutory compliance
- Experience in handling Legal cases.
- Must be aware of ER and IR activities
Would prefer candidates from Manufacturing and should have handled employee strength of 3000.
