JOB PROFILE/BACKGROUND

- University degree (MBA, Masters in Finance / Economics or equivalent specialization)

- A minimum of 8 years of work experience with specialized international consulting firms

- Proven relevant business experience as a Senior professional in Consulting/Advisory services in the field of Industrial Real Estate Consulting / Strategic Consulting

- Should have successfully managed and delivered industrial / economic consulting studies, covering industrial parks, industrial cities, economic / industrial corridors, Special Economic Zones / Free Trade Zones, Airport / Port led industrial zones, industrial townships, urban development, High-tech industrial / Innovation & R&D developments, etc.

- Deep understanding of the industrial and economic sector dynamics across target geographies

- Proficiency in use of various statistical and economic models used for forecasting, analysis, etc.

Job Description - Industrial Advisory

- Ability to develop a network of relevant client across focused geographies, proven relevant business development experience in terms of managing client relationships, generating new business leads, team management, etc.

- Exposure to emerging markets, is necessary, and ideally the candidate should have had business exposure to South & South-East Asia, Africa and Middle East

- Excellent communication and analytical skills, report- writing capabilities, sound knowledge of financial modeling, preparation and delivery of presentations

- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The candidate's primary role would be to work as a project lead and undertake business development activities for the industrial advisory division

- The profile involves handling multiple projects, managing project teams, giving directions on work to tea, work with the team in formulating effective strategies for the clients, review of deliverables, etc. to ensure successful project delivery

- Business strategy development, preparation/review of business expansion plans for the industrial advisory division

- Review and be involved on preparation of proposals/pitches/ additional business with the client and work towards successful closure of the business leads

- Generate new business leads from different sources and manage the delivery of services to the clients

- Act as a single point of contact for client requirements. Understand client goals and objectives and translate them into service requirement and ensure successful client service delivery

- Develop strong relationship with existing and new client organizations by frequently visiting them personally

- Responsible for sourcing / successfully responding to tenders/bids (for target geographies)

- Work closely with the Vertical head and department head and keep them aware of all work-related progress and business opportunities

- Working closely with legal, compliance and business team on preparation and finalization of work orders /Agreements/contracts for secured mandates

- Support senior management and participate in periodical business reviews

- The role will involve regular / active traveling across domestic/international geographies in order to manage projects and undertake business development activities
