Senior Manager - Indirect Taxation - Manufacturing

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Should have worked in Manufacturing Industry, preferably handled the indirect taxation matter with LTU (Large Tax Payer Unit).

- Well versed with Excise, custom, commercial laws of TN.

- Represented the company with the assessing officer and commissioner of appeals independently. Should be able to draft and file the response of the company to show cause notice.

- Should have worked in SAP environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- To file response of the company for the SCNs received from the department

- To represent the company at Commissioner Appeals for various cases.

- To coordinate with the consultant to prepare and file the company response to various forums.

- To visit the units for conducting self-audit.

- To advice the unit in changes in laws and SAP team for changes in configuration.

- To prepare Quarterly report for board submission.
