Senior Manager - Indirect Taxation - Consulting/Manufacturing - CA

Qualification - CA + LLB preferred

Preferred Industry - Big 4 or Manufacturing

- Must have - Hands on experience on VAT, Service Tax, Excise Duty & GS

- Must have done - litigation and non-litigation matters both

- Candidate with good communication skill, should have hands on experience in Accounts and taxation field

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

- Monitoring GST Returns and proper claim of input tax credit

- VAT and GST refunds

- VAT Audit, GST Audit

- Handling of litigations

- Other Matters relating to Indirect Taxation

- Periodic Review of Contingent liability

Critical Tasks

- Preparing various Indirect Tax litigations of the company and its subsidiaries. Ensuring monthly payment of GST and filing of GST Returns of all the locations.

- Liasoning with the Indirect Tax Department on various Indirect Taxation matters such as monitoring of notices and various correspondences with the indirect tax department.

- Interpretation and implementation of changes made by GST council.

- Timely GST tax computation, Tax payments and monitor filing of GST returns
