Senior Manager - Indirect Tax - BFS

1. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

2. Develop Indirect Tax compliance process.

3. Statutory compliance Calendar : Should maintain a monthly compliance calendar related to indirect tax payments and filings.

4. Tax Payments and Return Filing : Should be able to calculate indirect tax liability and file the returns on period basis with the concerned department in India and outside.

5. Ability to interact with CFO/Reporting Manager to discuss Indirect tax matters.

6. Tax Audit : Should be able to conduct periodic audit of books of accounts and should fix all the non-compliance.

7. Ability to interact with counterparts in our parent company and should be able to maintain a healthy relationship with reporting team of parent company.

8. Oversee the company's invoicing strategy in order to comply with the relevant laws prevailing in India and outside.

9. Audit Scrutiny and assessments : Should be able to represent our company for any indirect tax assessment and scrutiny.

10. Reporting : Should set up a monthly reporting process on all the matters pertaining to indirect taxes to concerned stakeholders.
