Client is a well known global MNC Outsourcing brand & is rated as "one of the best employers to work for".   Role specs :   - Key member of legal team.   - Must have excellent drafting, negotiation, articulation, presentation and communication of legal matters   - Responsible for providing legal support across any or all functions  - Establishing collaborative relationships with colleagues both within and outside the local business; and managing external legal resources  - Contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation   - Handle drafting, reviewing and negotiation of customer and vendor contracts, respond to RFPs   - Knowledge of domestic and international BPO industry and regulatory environment  - Ability to multi task & work within a matrix set up  - Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, across functions, Region and Global Teams  - Provide legal guidance, training and opinion to business.  This is an inhouse legal role.   Candidate specs:  - Should be working as an in house counsel either with a corporate or a law firm with a strong expertise in practicing corporate/contract law, preferably in IT/ ITES industry verticals.
