Senior Manager - Implementation (15-18 yrs.)

An exciting leadership job opportunity with a leading, global group with a strong foothold in specialty financial services serving millions of customers across the full spectrum with at least 15 years- experience in implementation practices with strong product Implementation management background. Our distinguished client is looking for an individual hungry to grow in a leadership position leveraging extensive experience in Implementation background, with expertise across technology stacks on .Net and experience of BPM. You will handle a team of developers across different cultures and business environments as well as interact with eminent, global stakeholders from different group businesses.

You Will Be Responsible For:

1. Handling delivery of multiple projects in the implementation team by providing technical leadership across multiple projects.

2. Defining KPIs with stakeholders and managing performance of the Implementation teams across multiple levels.

3. Ensuring CMMiLevel 5 practices to be followed in the Implementation area.

4. Managing and driving multiple sprints or delivery teams and be able to design best practices and process that can effectively deliver high quality product solutions.

5. Managing the global stakeholders on an ongoing basis while delivering on the requirements.

6. Managing Vendor and third party.

7. Creating a culture of continuous learning and self-development.

8. Working with business/operations team to define the operational MIS and KPI's

The Successful Candidate:

1. BE, MCA, or MBA or M Tech

2. 15-18 years- experience in leading Implementation practices with strong product Implementation management background.

3. Expertise across technology stacks on .Net and experience of BPM.

4. Experience in web-based systems architecture, service-based and cloud-based architecture.

5. Very good insurance/employee benefits domain knowledge.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Global stakeholder management experience must

8. Expertise in handling large teams and expanding the existing teams

9. Experience of working in Global/ Cross-cultural teams will be preferred Adaptive to organisational culture and business environment
