Senior Manager - HVAC Sales

Senior Manager - HVAC Sales - required for a renowned organisation for their Malaysia office.

To ensure booking targets are achieved as per ABP. Role also involves timely preparation of cost estimation & tender preparation and follow up

Main Responsibilities :

- To Map ACMV/HVAC market segment wise and strategize business growth & opportunities as per ABP

- To develop & implement strategies for growing segments & market needs

- To Develop & maintain PR with key decision makers and influencers like Consultants, clients & Main contractors.

- To be responsible for comprehensive Tender working, estimation, costing, documentation and timely submission.

- Supplier & Sub-contractor developments & PR with suppliers of major equipment's like Chillers, VRF, Pumps, Cooling tower, BMS, Electrical etc

- To attend tender interviews, clarification & negotiation meetings.

- Excellent PR building, presentation & negotiation skills.

- To travel extensively, establish business operations in upcoming markets & locations
