- Talent Acquisition & Talent Management ( Leadership Development, Learning & Development & Employee Engagement experience .) Prior experience in a start up & ability to work well across different functions & locations
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Candidates from Top B schools and graduated between 2000 to 2006 batch only)
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership role (Should have Talent Acquisition and Talent Management (Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement experience)
- Experience of managing HR professionals
- Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization, experience in executive coaching is good plus
- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Effective collaboration with a global HR team
- Strong Project/Program Management Skills
- Effective English communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills
- Ability to work well across different functions and locations
- 5+ years of Recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment
- Experience building, coaching and leading a recruiting team in a fast-paced, high-tech corporate environment.
- Prior experience in a startup or new build organization required.
- Ability to translate data into actionable decisions
