Senior HR Manager - New well-funded wealth management company


A new wealth management company with substantial funding from global institutional investors is looking for an experienced HR person to join their HR team.


The role is set in a dynamic fast-paced environment and offers an opportunity to be part of a rewarding journey of growth.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices

- Work with the Head of HR and the senior management to develop HR plans and lay the foundation of the company's HR practices

- Partner the business on topics ranging from structure (roles, accountabilities, career paths) to talent needs (headcount etc.)

- Opportunity to provide and implement innovative ideas on new approaches, policies, programs, procedures and processes to increase HR efficiencies and achieve business goals

- Act as an advisor to managers and employees in using HR policies, process and programs

- Build relationships with managers and employees across business verticals

- Be responsible for all HR related activities including talent acquisition, retention, employee relations, performance, compensation and talent management etc. Also help drive the annual performance review process with the HR Head.

Qualifications/skills :

- Master's degree/MBA in HR from a tier 1 institute preferred

- At least 5-8 years- experience in HR with experience across HR disciplines including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, conflict resolution etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility and collaboration
