Role: Senior Manager HR - Start up (3-7 Years) - Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Own/formulate HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.

- Work with business teams for manpower planning, resource utilization, expansion plans, etc.

- Lead the Learning Academy; Designing programs, Partnerships, Coverage plans.

- Oversee HR operations, HRMS continuance, Insurance and pension plans, HR Records, Statutory Reporting, HR Communication, etc.

- Manage Performance: Continuous Performance Reviews, 360-degree, Performance exits, Promotion cycles.

- End to end management of payroll: Performance pay-outs, compensation revisions, compensation bench-marking as per industry, Statutory compliance's.

- Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies, actions comply to Statutory regulations by government / non-government bodies. Manage, Own and Maintain, all communication and records required for Statutory compliance's

- Manage employee life cycle; hire to retire: Joining, Orientation, exit, reliving formalities.

- Maintain ongoing communication with employees through individual connects, site visits, region visits etc. Bring in employee pulse to the management through personal connects and organization surveys.

- Enable an engaged environment for employees through rewards program, regular events, town halls, management connects.

- Counsel management for appropriate resolution of Employee Relations issues, Integrity Violations, etc.

- Manage the Recruitment function for the firm; Requirement and proactive optimization, Partnership with vendors, campus connects and hiring, compensation fitments, etc.

- Plan and maintain HR budget. Forecast expenses and design long term HR cost strategy. Complete ownership for HR audit.

- Owner of FM budget; tracking of all expenses with accruals. Asset management, premises management, utilization audits,

Requisite Skills & Attributes:

- MBA from premiere institute

- 3 to 5 years relevant HR or HRBP experience

- HR Domain knowledge

- Excellent communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders

- Able to multi-task and handle pressure in a start-up environment.
