A reputed and fast growing Retail Company based at Bangladesh is looking for a Senior Manager-HR to lead it's Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Talent Management verticals.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED HR VERTICALS IS CRITICAL. The Position is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and will require immediate relocation.

MUST be able to speak, read & write fluent Bengali.

Prior Experience : Prefer at least 5 years of large conglomerate / MNC Retail experience across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Talent Assessment and HIPO Identification, Succession / Career planning, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely Manpower Budgeting & tracking,

- Setup / Maintain Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Induction Process,

- Seamless integration with HR systems like Performance Management,

- Ensure timely Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, Appraisals and Rewards,

- Setup / Maintain Learning & Development Process with strong emphasis on developing Future Leaders,

- Identify HIPOs and setup Career / Succession Plans,

- Setup relevant HR automation systems & Dashboards.
