Fully empowered Sr. Manager - HR role for a Real Estate company. Will report into Head of HR and have one person reporting into the role. This position is for their Gurgaon facility that employees with 80 people.
Responsibilities entail :
- Talent Acquisition,
- Participate in policy making for an upcoming organisation.
- Person who has involved experience at the setting up/start up stage will be preferred.
- In addition to this the role will be responsible to deliver PMS, HR operations and Administration.
- Will also have a say in framing comp. and benefits for the Gurgaon facility.
- The candidate should have creative bend of mind as the organisation encourages freedom of idea generation, its expression and practical creativity in their respective areas of work.
- Apart from communication and managerial skills the candidate should have a solution oriented approach and entrepreneurial qualities where he/she take full ownership/responsibility of work.
