- Reporting into the Director HR, work very closely with business leaders to drive the HR agenda across the organisation.

- Responsible for the execution of the company's People & Organisation policies and programs to achieve its current and future business objectives.

- Drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

Profile

- At least 8 years experience in HR post MBA from a Tier-1 institute is a must.

- Prior experience working with reputed MNC set-ups in progressively increasing leaderships roles.

- Experience working as a Talent Acquisition Professional as well as a HR Business Partner.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management.

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
