Responsibilities
- We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for our India Operations Head Office Functions with roles and responsibilities as follows
- Responsible for the execution of the company's People & Organization policies and programs in the corporate Head Office, so that the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives These programs include performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation; employee wellness; HR administration; HR information systems; payroll; communications; Also responsible for the evaluation of third-party services contracts and their control
- Planning, coordinating, and performing recruitment and selection strategy so those job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected the best match the needs of the position and the business
- Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local People & Organization strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy
- Ensure the P&O strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws, and employment standards
