Candidate with experience of 5+ Years if Education is from Tier 1/ 8+ years if MBA is from Tier 2 college
Must Have's - Must be passionate for Recruitment and should be very Strong with Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel)
KRA:
1. Taking care of end to end recruitment for Corporate as well as Leadership hiring at Plant level.
2. Design and implement key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
3. Deploying various recruitment tools and Utilizing the source mix like Walk-in , campus drive , job portals, social media and professional organizations at optimum to channelize the search .
4. Partnering in successful on boarding of the New Joiners.
5. Maintaining recruitment MIS.
6. Handling Performance Management, Career Architecture, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement & Retention, Corporate Compliance & Policy Formulation, Implementation & Harmonization, Lead for Leadership Development Program.
7. Partnering with Business Units to integrate existing workforce plans, hiring strategy to ensure the business attracts, develops and retains high quality talent, at all levels and on a global basis, in a continuous pipeline.
8. Anticipate HR implications of key business initiatives and decisions and recommend necessary and / or alternative actions to support the achievement of desired business results
