Hiring-Sr. Manager - HR for a leading Logistics Company.


Job Role:


- Talent Management, Learning and Capability Building, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, O&D

- Implementing diverse HR initiatives & policies; managing the activities of Talent Engagement, Promotions, Increment Cycles .

- Developing & implementing procedures including communication plans, performance reviews, new hire orientation & training programs, compensation, benefits planning and talent assessments
