Senior Manager - Human Resources - Life Insurance (5-9 yrs)
Our client is one of India's leading life insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end HR function that cuts across TA, Employee Engagement, Training & development till the exit of an employee for defined functions.
- Act as an advisory to the business on HR agenda, to do attrition analysis and take corrective actions against the gaps.
- Manage resources issues and front end all the disciplinary and employee grievance cases.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to increase the engagement score.
- Additionally, manage the operational work for respective business in terms on system, transfer, on-boarding process etc.
Prefer Candidate:
- Should be agile and with strong execution skills.
- Ability to manage complexities and senior stakeholders.
- Experience : 5 - 8 years. (Batch 2011/2012/2013/2014)
