Senior Manager - HR - Learning & Development - BFSI


Job Purpose : Recommend appropriate learning approaches by understanding the learning needs of the employee based on business goals and functional needs.


Core Responsibilities :

- Manage and develop a learning plan for employees/associates after identifying the training needs within the organization through productivity and skill gap analysis.

- Assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs by reviewing and testing the content ensuring it is reflective of the actual business environment.

- Evaluate effectiveness of the training programs by using key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify opportunities for improvement as well as address employees' developmental needs.

- Design an ecosystem that ensures and promotes a culture of Employee Learning by continuously implementing initiatives that improve the quality of training in accordance with the changing business requirements.

- Develop and enhance the knowledge and skill levels of the sales and credit forces in line with business requirements and measure against specific improvements in productivity, conversions and assessment scores while also developing and strengthening functional competencies.

- Lead the learning function, managing the implementation of plans and strategies by maximizing the resource of the whole team and contracting with external partners as required to deliver on agreed plans.

- Analyze statistics on key training needs and highlight the importance of functional training programs to key stakeholders

- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions

- Organize Training Certifications of all channel segments and develop Training Managers by conducting TTT (Train the Trainer) workshops while checking the quality of training content & delivery standardization

- Provide support to business leaders by understanding business needs, performance management and setting KPIs (Key Performance Index);

- Work with functional business partners to review and streamline processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
