Sr. HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department.

- As the Sr. HR Manager you will be a hands-on professional leading the HR function, executing and developing day-to-day operations associated with HR practices and processes across all functional areas including recruiting, on-boarding, training and development, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and internal communications. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build a robust organization: You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for junior, mid and senior level leadership team members in both Tech and Non-Tech roles through campus and lateral placements.

2. Understand organizational needs: You will build and drive processes, policies, and workflows that are compliant, efficient, scalable, and reflect Sciative values

3. Understand the pulse of the employees: A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

4. Partner for growth: You will be responsible for enabling our managers to be the best in class, from setting expectations of managers to partnering with them as they manage and grow their organizations

5. Own employee life-cycle: Strategize, reinvent, and execute on-boarding, performance management, workforce planning and development, and off-boarding

6. Coordinate total compensation: In partnership with the CEO, you will help to build our overall compensation philosophy. Set the strategy and implement dynamic, competitive and performance driven benefit offerings to support Sciative's financial wellness

7. Set-up and Own HR technology stack: Identify the right technology vendors to implement best in class HR tech tools, keep HR tools up to date and organized, including during on-boarding and off-boarding

8. Be a culture ambassador: Be an ambassador of the Sciative's culture and drive initiatives to constantly build upon and improve culture

Candidate Profile:

1. 4-6 years as an HR profession with people and technology

2. Experience in a start-up environment or fast growing company will be most welcome!

3. Strong working knowledge of all HR functional areas primarily ; recruiting, on-boarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.

4. High problem solving skills: able to logically breakdown problems into incremental milestones, prioritize high impact deliverables first, identify bottlenecks and work around them.

5. Comfortable working as a manager and an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-energy environment.

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

7. Domain knowledge in the different areas of HR: Benefits, Organization Design, HR information systems and Compensation, Rewards and Retention

8. Solid knowledge of HR compliance and regulations within India.

9. Strong leadership skills

10. Ability to prepare and deliver powerful presentations/strong written and oral communications skills is a must.
