Senior Manager- Human Resource
This role is employee-facing and will be responsible for the HR, IT, and admin teams. The role is based in Bangalore and will involve visiting the office a few days in a week as per business needs. - Lead the team, set performance objectives, and guide & motivate them to deliver their best.
- Driving daily operations, publishing regular reports, and cadence.
- Can drive a complete employee lifecycle journey
- Identify core competencies & skills critical to business and frame policies for key talent identification, development, and retention.
- Initiatives/implementation of the performance management system for improving employee performance and satisfaction.
- Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables, which will include quarterly reviews, rewards, recognition, etc.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy and Provide HR Guidance when appropriate.
- Integration and standardization of HR systems and processes.
- Ensuring adherence to matters of HR compliance.
- Communications, policies, and practices for a positive environment.
- Create an understanding of culture and values to help the decisions and actions of all employees.
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances for the business unit.
- Strong in operation management, coordination, and reporting
- Execute projects, and initiatives, in collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams/ business teams
- Strong Business Orientation and skilled in overall HR roles
- Having worked in Business HR, should possess sound understanding, experience & expertise in a gamut of functional nuances, including development issues.
- Can manage IT and admin function

It will be added advantage if you have-
- Managed team in the past
- Have done MBA/PGDM from a leading Institute.
- 8-12+ years of post-qualification experience in demanding roles involving work content similar to stated responsibilities.
- Prior experience in leading HR functions and a team of HR professionals.
- Analytical abilities, maturity, excellent communication & people skills, and high energy are essential.
