Industry Preference : FMCG/Retail/Pharma
- Should be very good in Analytics and driving new initiative across the organisation.
- Responsible for partnering with all Zonal business HR's to ensure alignment with company policies and processes.
- Strategies all HR activities for all the four Zones.
- Talent & Performance Management
- Ensuring high level employee engagement through various activities
