MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Ensuring company attracts, hires, develops & retains quality resources
2. Design & implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment, Develop compensation & benefit plans
3. Develop highly stimulating, performance driven work culture in the organisation
4. Plan and implement progressive and best HR practices in all the facets of HR functioning
5. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
6. Host in-house recruitment event
7. Discuss employees- career development paths with managers
8. Organize learning & development programs
9. Review departmental budgets
