Senior Manager - Human Resources - FinTech/AdTech/Research Tech/Data Solutions Firm (6-9 yrs)
As the Senior HR Manager, you will lead and oversee the Human Resources department, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization's HR strategy. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policy development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to drive positive change within the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
- Work closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create effective talent acquisition plans.
- Lead executive-level recruitment efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for complex employee relations issues and investigations.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee-related matters.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

- Develop dashboards for senior leadership to monitor HR performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Progressively responsible HR management experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
