Job Summary:

As the Senior HR Manager, you will lead and oversee the Human Resources department, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization's HR strategy. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policy development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to drive positive change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Leadership:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.

- Work closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create effective talent acquisition plans.

- Lead executive-level recruitment efforts.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for complex employee relations issues and investigations.

- Develop and implement strategies to foster positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee-related matters.

Benefits and Compensation:

- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

- Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to the company's compensation strategy.

HR Policy and Compliance:

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Conduct regular HR audits to identify and address compliance issues.

Performance Management:

- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and talent development.

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers in conducting performance evaluations.

- Identify opportunities to improve performance management practices.

Employee Development:

- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

- Facilitate leadership and management development initiatives.

- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate HR reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

- Use data insights to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop dashboards for senior leadership to monitor HR performance.


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Progressively responsible HR management experience, including leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
