- Willingness to travel to any location for work but base location will be Kolkata

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Accountable for HR, welfare and employee engagement activities

- Accountable for cost minimization of HR Operations

- Accountable for cost minimization of staff attrition across all retail Outlets

- Ensure overall statutory compliance are in place

- Preparation/strategising manpower planning with respective stakeholders to ensure that the same is in line with our growth.

- Responsibility of quality hiring as per agreed time lines and approve vendors by using cost- effective channels/ references or campus hiring

- Ensuring end to end performance management system

- Responsible for employees competency mapping

- Identify the training needs in different departments and work with learning and development team to have them delivered within time-frame.

- Ensure communication & clarification of any HR policy changes.
