We are Hiring Senior Manager - HR for one of the Education tech startup organization.

Role : Senior Manager HR

Reporting To : HR Head

Team Management : Yes(Minimum 4)

Complexity : High - Multi Location, Multiple BU (Sales/Operations), High growth environment.

Job Detail/Skills:

We are looking for a qualified HR Specialist who works closely with the Head of HR to drive people and culture strategy to attract, engage and retain the talent needed for Counselling Operations and Sales, as well lead the Payroll and Compliance for the Organization in a multi cultural, multi locational set up.

- Candidates must have experience in medium to large companies. A track record of successfully influencing at executive levels is a must for this position.

- Results driven and a strong project management skills

- Know what a high performing HR team looks like; can build a team that effectively delivers both HR fundamentals and systems as well as help the Head HR in delivering key initiatives

- Can handle confidential and sensitive information and be able to apply discretion as needed to people and company situations.

- As a team manager, he/ she must provide leadership on all elements of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and manage end to end employee life cycle to enable achieving business and operational goals.

- We are looking for someone who can build relationships quickly: Stakeholders (his/ her team as well as others) should trust you and seek out your direction and support.

- Thrives and can pivot and align quickly with key stakeholders in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.

- Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with devising and governing the HR practices/Processes/ Policies.

- Hands on exposure to Recruitment, Payroll Compliance's, HR Automation training and Employee management.

- Ability to scale up and manage fast growth environment in Sales/Operations businesses across the cities/locations while managing a high performing HR team

- Ability to question status Quo and enable the business better for future growth.

- Must have a passion for innovative HR solutions, process improvement, and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverable along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.

- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Manage employee engagement activities across the levels as HRBP lead and thus enhance employee experience and be employer of Choice.

Education Background:

- Must have a degree in Management, with a specialization in HR

- Additional certification in Payroll and Compliance's would be an added advantage
