As the Senior Manager HR, you will be responsible for : 1. Manage end to end HR Operations 2. Support the organization in their journey of digital transformation through end to end automation 3. Lead the People Analytics portfolio and prepare dashboards around the same 4. Manage the entire Performance Management Cycle and support them in building a culture to support them in their next phase of growth 5. Support the organization in creating an employer brand The successful candidate must meet the following criterion : 1. Come with 8 to 12 years of experience 2. Have prior exposure to implementing new automated systems 3. Have strong experience in managing the entire performance management cycle for a fast growing organization 4. Have robust exposure in preparing dashboards around people analytics 5. Have EXCELLENT communication and stakeholder management skills
