Introduction:

Organization works with Small & Medium Businesses (SMB) to enable their growth in the digital economy. We are looking for a Snr. Manager, Human Resources based out of our Bangalore Head Office.

Job Description:

The role will lead the HRBP team consisting of 2 HRBPs who support an organization of more than 550 employees spread across 30 cities directly and multiple other cities with indirect presence through franchisee model. The role will support Business teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This role drives project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation, etc. The incumbent will also be leading Talent Acquisition teams for Prione which is a team of 5 recruiters (and multiple outsourced employees) and will manage hiring for the entire organization across locations and levels. The role holder in his individual capacity will also lead initiatives around Talent management for Prione.

We are looking for a Human Resource professional who can diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes. The individual in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. S/He will need business acumen, excellent communication skills, influence skills, strategic thinking and planning/project management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results

- Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests

- Partner with multiple HR team to support business unit initiatives

- Assess business unit's human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate

- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

- Provide compensation support including salary planning, salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling

- Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruitment support to business teams

- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes

- Create innovative and robust recruitment strategies and execute processes and programs to support assigned business area

- Meet established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires through the team of recruiters

- Lead Talent Acquisition related projects

Basic Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field

- 9+ years of experience in HR leadership role

- Experience of managing HR professionals

- Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization, experience in executive coaching is good plus

- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions

- Effective collaboration with a global HR team

- Strong Project/Program Management Skills

- Effective English communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills

- Ability to work well across different functions and locations

- 5+ years of Recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree

- Experience building, coaching and leading a recruiting team in a fast-paced, high-tech corporate environment.

- Prior experience in a startup or new build organization required.

- Ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
