We are urgently hiring for Manager HR for a leading multinational group and conglomerate at Middle East. Only full time MBA/MSW from prestigious institution like IIM, Loyola, XLRI, TISS, IRMA, Symbiosis, TESOL etc. with around 15 to 20 years of experience in large manufacturing companies with good knowledge in latest HR practices and scope need apply. Aged must be between 40 to 45 years and preference will be given to Kannada (Karnataka) candidates. Must be stable (without too many job changes) and should have Good personality, Good communication and good interpersonal relationship. HR Strategic Planning : - Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy - Design the group human resources department structure, positions and process system in compliance to its strategic mandate - Review, amend and draft job description and qualifications required for the staff of the group human resources department - Formulate HR Plans, Policies &procedures according to organizational objectives. HR Administration : - Prepare HR budget and ensure the activities within budget. - Provide technical & Professional Advice to Legal Representative for legal proceedings related to HR.
