Senior Manager - Human Resources - BFSI - IIM/XLRI (5-8 yrs)
Employee Engagement :
- Designed and rolled out employee engagement programs Training and Development
- Process re-design of the on boarding and induction by introducing Pre-joining engagement
- Conducting a Training need Analysis with discussion with Leaders
- Engaging with Leadership to customize training as per each location's specific requirement
- Engaging with Training organizations to design Learning interventions
- Managing compliance Training
Rewards & Recognition :
- Rolling out the Quarterly and Annual Awards
- Revamping the Awards Structure and categories based on the business strategy
Performance Management :
- Goal-setting exercise
- Confirmation appraisal discussions & process
- Facilitating the Year end appraisal process including rating, calibrations, promotions with Leaders
Key Requirements :
- Candidate has to be from Premier Institute with 5 to 8 yrs of relevant experience (IIM, XLRI , XIMB, IMT or equivalent)
