- The role is responsible for translating the Strategy and Organisational KPIs into individual goals for all employees across all units and organisational levels. - Continuously improve the employee productivity across all levels through various initiatives such Workforce Optimization, Benching Marking, Review of Job Designs, Job Dimensions, Work Load etc. - Spearhead the Mid-year and Annual Performance Assessment Process for the entire Organisation and provide support to HR teams to ensure quality discussions among Managers and employees. - Compare Workforce Numbers with standard numbers and budgeted numbers and continuously review the scope of improvement through Benchmarking process, outsourcing, Automation etc. - Periodically review the Job Descriptions and role based competencies to align them with Business Strategies. - Train HR team members across locations to facilitate Goal setting and Appraisal process. Experience and Education: - Preferred Engg. with MBA in HR ( 2008/09/10/11/12) with Good numerical and analytical ability must. - 7+ yrs of experience with specialized skills in OD / OE / TM / PMS - Good with writing JD's, OD structures. - Good Communication Skills - especially ability to make presentations and conduct Goal Setting Workshop, Strong Result Orientation, Strong Interpersonal Skills
